2018 marks the 200th anniversary of the founding of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
To celebrate ICE is running a year of events and activities that show how civil engineering has for over 200 years transformed the way we live.
This month our speaker Mr. Johnson Abraham will deliver his lecture on Sampling & Testing of Water, Sediments & Sludges for Environmental Purposes.

Speaker’s Biography
Johnson Abraham, working with Fugro Qatar since 2016 as the Environmental Laboratory Manager holds a professional history of 16 years in the field of Chemical analysis. Since 2003, he has been working with ISO 17025 certified laboratories in the Middle East initially as a Chemist, Quality Control Officer and has gone on to manage laboratories from 2008. Currently he runs a laboratory staffed by Chemists, Microbiologists and Laboratory Technicians. His technical expertise lies in the field of Organic, Inorganic and Metallurgical Chemistry & Microbiology. He promotes method validation, data Interpretation and internal audits among his staff as they represent important proficiencies in the efficient operation and high performance of modern laboratories.
